How MicroInterns works

Explore → Deliver → Verify. One loop that turns short projects into proof of skill.

  1. 01

    Employers post a brief

A startup or SME describes a short, real project. Every brief has up to three intern slots so the same work can run in parallel.

  2. 02

    Students apply

Students browse briefs, apply with a short note, and a Project Manager pre-vets a shortlist down to the cohort.

  3. 03

    Interns deliver in parallel

Up to three interns run the same brief in a managed workspace. Milestones and SLAs keep delivery on track — behind the ~90% completion rate.

  4. 04

    Employers compare and hire

Employers see real output side by side and hire 0, 1, or many on the evidence of delivered work — not interviews.

  5. 05

    Skills get verified

When an employer signs off, that outcome becomes a verified entry in the student’s MicroSkill Passport — a portable, stackable record. Even interns who aren’t hired earn one.
